WHEDA Opens Application Period for Competitive Loan Programs
Developers, local governments invited to apply for Infrastructure Access, Restore Main Street, and Vacancy-to-Vitality funding
MADISON, Wis. – The Wisconsin Housing and Economic Development Authority (WHEDA) announced today the opening of applications for the latest round of funding from the Infrastructure Access, Restore Main Street, and Vacancy-to-Vitality competitive loan programs. All three programs were developed from the historic state funding signed into law by Gov. Evers in 2023 and funded by $525 million in the biennial budget, the largest investment in housing in state history.
WHEDA will accept and review Procorem WorkCenter Request Forms starting April 16, 2025. More information about each program is available on WHEDA’s website.
