Wangard Partners is expanding its focus on the industrial marketplace and has hired the top talent of Peter Ginn to enhance service offerings to clients and future tenants. Peter, who currently resides in New Berlin, will be our Senior Vice President – Industrial Investments.
Peter brings over 20 years of leasing, construction management, property development, acquisition and management experience to the Wangard team. His leadership role will be significant in the development of Wangard’s industrial portfolio. Peter’s expertise includes having managed, leased, developed, and invested in retail, office and industrial real estate. During Peter’s career he has served on the boards of CARW, NAIOP and AGBA. Recently, Peter was responsible for the leasing, managing and operation of a 25 building, 1.3 million square foot portfolio in which he oversaw the work of a staff of 10. His accomplishments include the development of over 2.5 million square feet of industrial and retail projects, which have resulted in multiple CARW accolades. Peter is a graduate of St. Ambrose University (Iowa) with a degree in Accounting. He is a member of CARW and NAIOP.
