Vita Fitness & Physical Therapy Adds Location ad Mandel’s Crescent Apartments Development in Wauwatosa
Wauwatosa, Wisc. (January 22, 2021) – Milwaukee-based developer Mandel Group, Inc. announced today that Vita Fitness & Physical Therapy will open a new location in the restored M10 Building within the Milwaukee County Research Park. Mandel is restoring the historic building as part of its Crescent Apartments development, opening in early May 2021. Restoration and reconstruction work is well underway to save and retrofit the 106 year-old building, originally built to provide steam and hot water to the historic Muirdale TB Sanitorium that once stood on the site. Only a few of the original buildings remain from the once-sprawling hospital campus.
Crescent Apartments residents will enjoy membership access to Vita’s cardio and workout Upper Gymnasium. Full gym memberships are available to the public providing access to the Upper Gym as well as the signature Powerhouse Gymnasium featuring soaring 32-foot tall ceilings. “We are thrilled to be expanding our services and growing our reach through this partnership. We were immediately drawn to the aesthetics of this historic and unique facility” commented Dr. Grabowski. “This is an ideal location, close to our referring doctors and easily accessible to the western metro area via Interstate 94 and US Highway 45.”
Along with Vita, M10 will become home to Ally’s Powerhouse Café, a second location being opened by the owners of Ally’s Bistro of Menomonee Falls. As well, Mandel will house its property management staff in the building’s office and reception area. Preleasing of Crescent’s luxury apartments is underway for May 1st occupancy.
The historic building is located at 10460 Innovation Drive in the Milwaukee County Research Park.
