MADISON — In a trip to Wisconsin to fundraise for Republican Senate candidate Leah Vukmir, Vice President Mike Pence this afternoon confirmed that Leah Vukmir would be the deciding vote in the U.S. Senate to pass a Republican repeal plan that would: gut protections for people with pre-existing conditions, strip coverage away from millions, and let insurance companies charge older Americans more.
