UWM Sells Wisconsin Avenue Office Condo

Integrative Psyche LLC has leased an additional 1,118 SF at Lincoln Center III. Patti Stevens and Ned Purtell represented the Landlord, SARA Investment Real Estate.

The University of Wisconsin Milwaukee sold a 12,408 SF office condo at 161 W. Wisconsin Avenue for $200,000 to Sunset Investors. Jenna Maguire and Ned Purtell represented the Seller.

Meeting Monster LLC leased 1,767 SF at Bishops Wood Center located at 13555 Bishops Court in Brookfield. Ned Purtell, Patti Stevens and John Davis represented the Landlord, Decade Properties.

Pathway Counseling Center purchased the 5,000 SF condo unit at 11121 W Oklahoma Avenue in West Allis, WI for $415,000. John Davis and Hakan Hare represented the Buyer together on this transaction.

Racing Properties LLC purchased 3 acres of vacant land inside the Lapham Corporate Park for $555,000. Paul McBride represented the Buyer and the Seller, Jones Road LLC (Sean Wolf) on this transaction.

Jon Thoresen represented Delasota, LLC in leasing 2,300 SF to Athletico at the NEC of I-94 & Hwy 83, in Delafield.

Matthew Beadle and Ross Koepsel represented Doug Makers LLC (Doug Baretz) in leasing 1,930 SF to Life Change Pharmacy at 7115 W. Capitol Dr., in Milwaukee.

Ross Koepsel, in partnership with SRS Real Estate Partners (Mark Reeder) represented J. C. Penney Properties, Inc. in selling approx. 0.7 Acre of vacant land on Mineral Point Rd. (pad to West Towne Mall), in Madison.
