Tim Karp Joins Max Weiss Company as Controller
Milwaukee – Tim Karp, a financial executive with more than 25 years’ experience, has been named Controller of Max Weiss Company, the region’s leader in custom metal bending and fabricating.
Karp, a CPA, brings a broad background in accounting and administration to his new role. He is responsible for all accounting functions, and maintains the company’s external banking, insurance and accounting relationships. He counsels senior management on financial and business matters.
Prior to joining Max Weiss Company, Karp operated a business and accounting services firm, serving clients in a multitude of market segments. He earlier worked 24 years leading the accounting, information technology and human resources divisions at Wisconsin & Southern Railroad.
He holds a B.S. in business administration-accounting from Marquette University.
