This Milwaukee Day, Glass + Griddle and The Venue at Milwaukee Brewing Merge Under One Brand as Bottle House 42
MILWAUKEE (APRIL 12, 2021) – This 414 day, F Street Hospitality, owner of the Brewery District’s restaurant Glass and Griddle, and venue space Venue42 will be rebranding both spaces and combining them under the name Bottle House 42.
The change was made to simplify branding and focus on the success of events according to Kaelyn Cervero, F Street Hospitality’s Vice President. “We hope to simplify our business model, and to focus on events, entertainment, and a quality restaurant experience,” Cervero states. “A big focus will be on the activation of the space, including open mic nights, comedy acts and beer dinners.”
The name comes from the history that physically surrounds the restaurant and event space. When it was still the colossal Pabst Brewery, the building Bottle House 42 resides in was once named building #42, and focused on bottling the large quantities of Pabst Beer shipped out of Milwaukee everyday. The name pays tribute to the business that was such a big part of building Milwaukee to where it is today.
The new name also comes with a brand new food menu, featuring signature dishes such as a Tito’s™ Vodka and Milwaukee Brewing’s Golden Lager battered Fish Fry, Ranch Seasoned Cheese Curds, and a diverse beer list consisting of a minimum of 42 different beers. The restaurant will also run a new happy hour from 4pm – 6pm featuring $4 craft cocktails, $5 MKE Brewing pints and house wine pours, and $6 select appetizers.
To celebrate this year’s 414 day and the new business, Bottle House 42 will be celebrating with live music, tailgating activities, and a [featured cocktail for only $4.14]. Additionally, the first 42 people who stop in will receive a Bottle House 42 branded pint glass for free.
F Street Hospitality encourages people to stop in, try out the new menu, and visit the website www.bottlehouse42.com/events to reserve the space for their next private event.
