The Historic Third Ward Announces Shop, Sip & Savor Participating Businesses & Activations
MILWAUKEE — The Historic Third Ward Association has announced a series of special pop-up activations and street-level entertainment for the upcoming Shop, Sip & Savor weekend, taking place Saturday, May 30, through Sunday, May 31.
Designed to celebrate local shopping, dining and discovery, Shop, Sip & Savor invites visitors to explore the neighborhood through exclusive promotions, special menus, live music, interactive experiences and in-store activations hosted by nearly 40 Third Ward businesses.
Newly announced outdoor activations will bring even more energy to the neighborhood both days encouraging guests to stroll, linger and experience the district in a new way.
Featured Activations Include:
Saturday & Sunday, 10 a.m.-5 p.m.
Art Van Mobile Gallery
Outside the Marshall Building (Buffalo St. at Water St.)
Saturday & Sunday, 12-2 p.m.
Live acoustic music from Catelyn Huckstep (Saturday) and Nate Bjorge (Sunday)
Broadway between Chicago St. & Buffalo St.
Saturday, 1-5 p.m.
Bayside Garden Center Mobile Greenhouse
Outside Broadway Paper at Chicago St. & Broadway
Sunday, 11 a.m.-4 p.m.
Mobile Bookseller Loom & Lore
Outside Broadway Paper at Chicago St. & Broadway
Throughout the weekend, guests can also participate in the Shop, Sip & Savor prize giveaway worth more than $500. Visitors who make a $20 purchase at four or more participating businesses will be entered to win one of three prizes. Participants simply need to collect stamps on their event brochure from participating locations and return the completed brochure to Broadway Paper, 191 N. Broadway, during the event weekend.
