The Bartolotta Restaurants Names Chef Connor McNeil as Executive Chef of Joey Gerard’s – A Bartolotta Supper Club
Seasoned chef returns to Milwaukee region to lead kitchen at celebrated Greendale supper club
MILWAUKEE, WI – Continuing a tradition of recruiting dynamic culinary talent with ties to the Midwest, The Bartolotta Restaurants has named Chef Connor McNeil as Executive Chef of Joey Gerard’s – A Bartolotta Supper Club in the historic village of Greendale. Chef McNeil joins The Bartolotta Restaurants following more than a decade of success in kitchens in Milwaukee and Chicago.
Chef McNeil most recently served as Executive Sous Chef of the award-winning Gibson’s Bar & Steakhouse in Chicago. He began his culinary career in the city, serving as a line cook at Sullivan’s Steakhouse and Executive Sous Chef of Sunda New Asian restaurant. Chef McNeil is also a familiar name in Wisconsin, where he has served as Executive Sous Chef of Maggiano’s Little Italy in Milwaukee.
