The Bartolotta Restaurants Announces Key Leadership Appointments At Two Milwaukee Restaurants

MILWAUKEE – The Bartolotta Restaurants, the premier restaurant and catering organization in the Greater Milwaukee region, is proud to announce the appointment of two key leaders to its team. Tracy Spreck has been named General Manager of Bacchus – A Bartolotta Restaurant; and Carly Goldmann has been named General Manager of Joey Gerard’s – A Bartolotta Supper Club.

“Tracy and Carly are recognized as best-in-class among their peers, and, most importantly, they possess the ‘hospitality heart’ that is at the core of our company,” says Chief Executive Officer and Managing Partner, Keith Trafton. “Bacchus and Joey Gerard’s are two of our most beloved restaurants, and we’re so proud to have these thoughtful and forward-thinking leaders at the helm.”

Ms. Spreck joins The Bartolotta Restaurants with more than 22 years of experience in front and back-of-house roles, having previously served as Director of Operations at The Emily Hotel in Chicago. She has also held leadership roles at Milwaukee’s Pfister Hotel, as a Food and Beverage Manager, and Chicago’s Ambassador Hotel, as Director of Operations. Ms. Goldmann brings nearly a decade of expertise in event planning, operational management, and staff development to The Bartolotta Restaurants, having previously served in event coordinator roles for Eagle Park Brewing & Distilling Company and Milwaukee Ale House, where she also served as Assistant General Manager.

Bacchus – A Bartolotta Restaurant is open Mondays through Saturdays from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Joey Gerard’s – A Bartolotta Supper Club is open Mondays through Saturdays from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. with a 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. happy hour Mondays through Fridays.
