Susan Roth Announces Candidacy Shift to Milwaukee County Circuit Court, Branch 3

MILWAUKEE – Susan Roth, experienced state and federal litigator and current partner at Kohn Smith Roth today announced her candidacy for the Milwaukee County Circuit Court shifting to Branch 3.

Roth stated, “Since my announcement for the Milwaukee County Circuit Court, I have been earning the trust and support of judges and legal professionals across the county. My experience and passion for the law has brought forward hundreds of supporters from the judicial and legal community who are voicing their enthusiasm for this campaign.

“While we have been working hard since day one, this race changed upon Governor Evers appointing now-Judge Jon Richards to fill the vacated seat of Branch 30.

“Out of respect for the governor and for a sitting judge, I have decided to move my candidacy for the Circuit Court to Branch 3, a seat currently held by outgoing Judge Clare L. Fiorenza. I am honored to have her full support and endorsement while we continue to move forward to add a new experienced voice to the bench. I also look forward to serving the people of Milwaukee County alongside Judge Richards who we all know is a dedicated public servant.”

Fiorenza stated, “I am proud to endorse Attorney Susan Roth for Branch 3 of the Milwaukee County Circuit Court. After having served the people of Milwaukee County and working for justice since 1996, I can think of nobody better or more qualified to fill this position. I’m encouraging everyone to join me in supporting Susan to be the next judge for Branch 3 of the Milwaukee County Circuit Court in April of 2021.”
