Statement from Judge Reyna Morales on Political violence in Washington, D.C.
The vicious insurrection we witnessed yesterday on our Capitol threatened the foundation of our Republic. Our constitution calls for the peaceful transfer of power between presidents. This orderly transition must occur in order to follow our rule of law and restore the fabric of our democracy.
