St. Francis Children’s Center Honors Four Community Leaders at Annual Leading Lights Awards Banquet

MILWAUKEE – September 8, 2021 –  St. Francis Children’s Center announces our 2021 Leading Lights Awards Banquet on Tuesday, October 26, 2021, from 5:30-8:30pm, in the Grand Ballroom at the Pfister Hotel. We will honor a group of outstanding community leaders while raising funds for the quality education and therapy services that we provide to hundreds of children with special needs in our community each year. Our 2021 awards recipients are:

Dr. John R. Raymond, Sr., of the Medical College of Wisconsin will receive the Humanitarian Award.

Steve and Melanie Booth of Baird will be the recipients of the Children’s Service Award.

Melissa Allen of Maures Development Group will accept the Community Service Award.

“We are excited to celebrate four community leaders who consistently bring their efforts, talents and resources to make positive changes in the community, “said Mara Duckens, Executive Director of St. Francis Children’s Center. “Dr. Raymond, Steve and Melanie and Melissa not only strive to make positive changes for the city but also for the children and families we serve.”
