SSDC Sets New Fundraising Record As Tier 1 Candidates Exceed Expectations
MADISON, WI – Today’s fundraising numbers have made it clear that Democrats are in line to win a State Senate majority. The State Senate Democratic Committee (SSDC) is announcing a record $1.5 Million raised during 2025, the most the committee has ever raised in a non-election year. As the SSDC sets a record, our candidates in our top four targeted districts have all comfortably surpassed their fundraising goals. Jeff Smith has raised over $150,000 towards his re-election in the 31st district, Trevor Jung has raised over $130,000 in his campaign for the 21st district, Jenna Jacobson raised over $115,000 in her campaign for the 17th district, and Robyn Vining raised over $110,000 in the 5th district.
