Madison, WI — Today, State Senator David Craig (R-Town of Vernon) reacted to the report by Attorney General Brad Schimel recommending charges related to illegal leaks by the governmental conspiracy into Wisconsin conservatives known as the “John Doe” investigations:

“The scope of abuses outlined in this report is astounding but unsurprising to those of us who have closely followed this news. This document finally reveals to the public the coordinated government conspiracy conducting dramatic personal invasions of innocent Wisconsinites and the existence of a secret John Doe III investigation. Those at the head of this illegal investigation and leak should be held fully accountable under law.

“Additionally, the report shows that the GAB lied in a letter to the legislature and used unsecure Gmail accounts to store sensitive information from unconstitutional investigations into private citizens.”
