Saturday: Family-friendly Harvest Fest brings fun for everyone
News release from Alderwoman Chantia Lewis
Alderwoman Chantia Lewis invites the public to the second annual Harvest Fest, happening TOMORROW – Saturday, October 13th from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Vincent High School, 7501 W. Granville Rd.
Harvest Fest will be held indoors (but with activities involving animals outside) and will include games, food, hay rides, face painting, pumpkins and a petting zoo. Alderwoman Lewis said she expects scores of smiling kids and adults to be enjoying the best that fall has to offer at Harvest Fest.
“Harvest Fest is a great opportunity in the #New9thMKE to enjoy autumn, and meet neighbors from the 9 th District and across the City of Milwaukee,” Alderwoman Lewis said. “Proceeds raised by food and product sales will go directly back into the Vincent High School agriculture program. It’s family fun for a great cause!”
