Sara Geenen Campaign Announces Endorsements
MILWAUKEE — Well-respected Milwaukee-based labor and employment attorney Sara Geenen announced today she has earned the endorsements of a dozen labor organizations in her campaign for Court of Appeals Judge in District 1.
“At a time when many Wisconsin citizens are losing faith in the judicial system, the United Steelworkers are proud to endorse a candidate who is looking to restore fairness and integrity to the Court of Appeals,” said USW District 7 Director Michael R. Millsap. “Sara Geenen’s commitment to fight for an impartial, fair, and accessible court system is key to providing stability and protection for Wisconsin’s citizens, as each and every decision handed down affects those living in the state.”
“The labor movement is and always has been a big part of who I am,” continued Geenen “It shaped who I’ve become as a person, mother, wife, and attorney. This background and the working-person’s values I picked up along the way are the reason I am running for Wisconsin Court of Appeals in District 1, and I am honored to have earned so much union support.”
