Sham Investments, LLC purchased a 14,894 SF office/retail facility at 7000 W. Good Hope Road in Milwaukee. Joe Carollo and Brett Deter represented the Seller.
WW Trackside LLC purchased 14.38 acres of vacant land at 800 W. Oakwood Drive in Oak Creek. Brett Deter and Joe Carollo represented the Seller.
