MILWAUKEE, Wis. – Representative Sequanna Taylor is partnering with Employ Milwaukee to host “Reentry Unblemished,” an important community event focused on supporting individuals reentering society after incarceration. The event will take place on Thursday, April 10, 2025, at 5:30 PM at Employ Milwaukee, located at 2342 N. 27th Street, Milwaukee, WI 53208.

The “Reentry Unblemished” event aims to connect participants with vital resources, promote awareness around reentry challenges, and advocate for second chances in employment, education, and community engagement.

“Reentry is not just about returning to society—it’s about restoring hope, providing opportunity, and building stronger, safer communities said Rep. Taylor. Everyone deserves the chance to move forward without being permanently defined by their past.”

Employ Milwaukee, the region’s workforce development board, will be on-site providing information about employment programs, training opportunities, and support services tailored for individuals with justice-involvement backgrounds. This event is free and open to the public. Community members, organizations, and advocates are encouraged to attend.
