Rep. Robyn Vining Thanks Gov. Tony Evers and First Lady Kathy Evers for Their 50 Years of Public Service
MADISON–Governor Tony Evers announced that he will not be seeking re-election when his term is up in 2026. Rep. Robyn Vining (D-Wauwatosa) released the following statement:
“I am deeply grateful to Governor Evers and First Lady Kathy Evers for their decades of public service to the people of Wisconsin. My constituents have appreciated Governor Evers’ frequent visits to our district, and I’ve appreciated seeing up close how meaningful it is for Wisconsinites to connect in person with their Governor. Governor Evers has led Wisconsin forward with his unique brand of kind and steady leadership.“Thank you, Tony. Your heart is deeply rooted in service, and family–wishing you and your family the best. May you and Kathy have more years of pickleball ahead, and decades of hugging your kids & grandkids. Forward, together!”
