Rep. Fitzgerald Votes to Pass FY26 National Defense Authorization Act
WASHINGTON, DC – Congressman Scott Fitzgerald (WI-05) issued the following statement after voting to pass S. 1071, the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2026.
“I was proud to vote for the FY26 NDAA as it advances President Trump’s mission to keep America strong, secure, and dominant on the world stage. The bill accomplishes this by strengthening border security, accelerating next-generation military technologies, and investing in the ships, aircraft, and munitions needed to maintain American dominance. Most importantly, it puts our servicemembers first by authorizing a 3.8% pay raise and includes support for their families.
