Regional job fair takes place August 9th
“If you are seeking employment or interested in looking for a new job, please make a point of attending this job fair on August 9th,” Alderman Stamper said.
ResCare Workforce Services and Waukesha County Chambers of Commerce will host a huge job fair on Tuesday, August 9 from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. at the Country Springs Hotel, located at 2810 Golf Rd., Pewaukee, according to Alderman Russell W. Stamper, II.
Alderman Stamper, chair of the Community and Economic Development Committee, said the fair will feature jobs available in retail, hospitality, warehouse, food service, professional positions, drivers, health care and more. The event will include more than 80 employers and more than 1,000 jobs, and it is free and open to the public.
“If you are seeking employment or interested in looking for a new job, please make a point of attending this job fair on August 9th,” Alderman Stamper said.
NOTE: Free shuttle service will be provided to job fair attendees from Brookfield Square and WCTC Campus (Pewaukee), and free onsite interview clothes (suits) will be available for women. Attendees may also consider public transit options from Milwaukee to Waukesha (Waukesha County Transit Route 901).
