Richard Bennett Tailors leased 5,168 SF at Galleria West, 18900 W Bluemound Road, Brookfield, WI from LMR II – GALLERIA WEST, LLC. Andrew Prater represented the Landlord with the transaction.
Hibbett leased 5,000 SF at East Town Plaza, 2003 Zeier Road, Madison, WI from Zeier TOV, LLC. Scott Satula and Sawyer Kowieski represented the Landlord with the transaction.
Jimmy Johns leased 2,352 SF at 13329 Kilbourn Drive, Mt Pleasant, WI from Waupaca Investment, LLC. Fred Stalle representing the Landlord and Sarah Eldred represented the Tenant with the transaction.

Poke Bay leased 1,400 SF at Pier 37, 6500 Monona Drive, Monona, WI from Monona Retail, LLC. Emily Smits and Scott Satula represented the Landlord with the transaction.
Sia’s Alterations leased 795 SF at Audubon Court, 383 W Brown Deer Road, Fox Point, WI from North Shore Centers Partners. Emily Smits represented the Landlord with the transaction.
Starbucks leased 2,457 SF at Southport Plaza, 6906 Green Bay Road, Kenosha, WI from Roll With The Changes, LLC. Tony Colvin represented the Tenant with the transaction.
Topgolf purchased 12.0 acres at 5600 Gilholt Drive, Monona, WI from TG Monona Land, LLC. Tony Colvin and Dan Cohen represented the Tenant with the transaction.
