Richard Bennett Tailors leased 5,168 SF at Galleria West, 18900 W Bluemound Road, Brookfield, WI from LMR II – GALLERIA WEST, LLC. Andrew Prater represented the Landlord with the transaction.
Hibbett leased 5,000 SF at East Town Plaza, 2003 Zeier Road, Madison, WI from Zeier TOV, LLC. Scott Satula and Sawyer Kowieski represented the Landlord with the transaction.

Starbucks leased 2,457 SF at Southport Plaza, 6906 Green Bay Road, Kenosha, WI from Roll With The Changes, LLC. Tony Colvin represented the Tenant with the transaction.
Topgolf purchased 12.0 acres at 5600 Gilholt Drive, Monona, WI from TG Monona Land, LLC. Tony Colvin and Dan Cohen represented the Tenant with the transaction.
