BL- Branch Group One LLC has sold 411 N. Bridge Street in Chippewa Falls, WI to the adjoining property owner, Central Lutheran Church. The BMO Harris Bank branch on the first floor of the building is committed to a long-term lease and will continue to operate there. Bob Flood represented the Seller.
Konecranes, Inc. leased 7,749 SF at 400 S. Executive Drive in Brookfield, WI. Steve Pape and Derek Yentz represented the Tenant, and Ned Purtell, Patti Stevens & John Davis represented the Landlord, Decade Properties, respectively.
Tom Treder and Jenna Maguire represented Rafferty Asset Management in the renewal of their office space at 241 N. Broadway in Milwaukee from BC PROPCO, LLC.

Teutonia Real Estate, Inc. and Self Storage Holding LLC, respectively, purchased the two retail parcels totaling 40,090 SF located at 6001, 6003-6045 North Teutonia Avenue in Milwaukee, WI for $1,950,000. Andy Hess represented the Seller, North Bay Fuel and Bay Development Co. LLC on this transaction.
Tom Treder and Jay Blom represented Shecterle Commercial Properties 5, LLC in leasing 5,840 SF to X-Golf at 12565 Feerick St., in Brookfield, WI.
Matthew Beadle and Jay Blom represented TRL Rapids, LLC (Randy Roth) in leasing 962 SF to Natural Healing at Century 21 Plaza (830 Huntington Ave.), in Wisconsin Rapids, WI.
