Police chase and horrific crash results in probation for reckless driver

During my career as an elected official I have always respected the boundaries between the legislative and judicial branches of government. However, when a case presents itself as not providing adequate justice or protection for the community, I feel obligated to speak out. This is one of those cases.
The Milwaukee County Circuit Court Judiciary owes every citizen of Milwaukee and Milwaukee County an explanation as to why a dangerous reckless driver was given two years of probation for a case that very easily could have resulted in innocent people being killed.
Packer-Wells was initially sentenced to two years in PRISON, but the judge stayed that sentence in favor of probation.
Probation after she fled a traffic stop and led police on a pursuit that stretched more than six miles on city streets and the interstate at speeds exceeding more than 90 MPH?!
The pursuit ended when Packer-Wells ran another red light and struck a vehicle. Both vehicles, according to police, spun “violently out of control” and knocked down street signs and lights. A woman and a two-month-old child in the other vehicle were injured but thankfully survived the crash.
I cannot imagine how traumatized the woman and the baby must have been by this horrific crash.
I cannot stand by while a dangerous reckless driver gets a slap on the wrist and no jail time for putting the lives of innocent citizens and police officers at great risk. This sentence is simply unbelievable to me.
The judiciary needs to be held accountable in cases such as this, and I will wait for an explanation from the Circuit Court for the unjust sentence in this case.

There is no justice in America… there never will be…
Jeffrey Epstein molested and prostituted thousands of 13 year old school girls… Governor Bill Richardson, Bill Clinton, Bill Gates, Prince Andrew, Prime Minister of Israel Ehud Barak, Alan Dershowitz, and others molested girls at Epstein’s Florida mansion. Epstein was charged with one count of “soliciting a prostitute”… The judge sealed all of the court records to protect Epstein and the molesters… The three women who lured the girls from school playgrounds to Epstein’s mansion simply walked away.,, All of the molesters walked away… Most people agree that Epstein is now living in Israel.
Greedy Wall Street bankers gambled in the stock market and lost $10 – $15 trillion dollars in 2009… Congress bailed them out with taxpayer money… None of the bankers went to prison.. All of the bankers gave themselves $5 – $10 million dollar bonuses (with taxpayer money).
We gave Barack O-Bomb-A a veto proof Senate in 2008… O-Bomb-A promised to give us free health care like the rest of the world…. O-Bomb-A gave us O-Bomb-A-CARE corporate health insurance, instead… The insurance companies have stolen at least $15 – $20 trillion dollars from us since the start of O-Bomb-A-CARE… United Health Care stock was $20 per share in 2009… Now it’s $550 per share in 2022.
I have always respected Alderman Murphy (I lived in his district for 30 yrs.).
He is decent, honest and committed to doing a good job for the city, his district and the people he represents.
This is a striking example of the fact that he should be emulated by others.
And, no, I have not always agreed with him, but that is human is it not?
