  1. Steve P says:

Is the same Peggy West who once thought New Mexico was a country and not a State?

  2. Ed Zachery says:

How that idiot still had her job after the, if Arizona shared a border with Mexico, she would have to re-think her position on boycotting Arizona’s immigration law, fiasco is beyond me.

  3. DAG999 says:

Too many people don’t think this type of election cheating is serious. The way the courst are in this State, she probably is going to get just a “naughty naughty don’t do this again” on her record and she can go on with her geographically challenged lifestyle.

What is important to note (and many local news stories are not making enough of this item) is that she attempted to commit fraud the State of Wisconsin (and the taxpayers) on back taxes.

  4. Milwaukee Native says:

West’s reported claim of personally getting voter signatures in her own district that others collected (legally I presume) seems stupid, more than anything else. Was there anything she might have thought she could gain by doing that, other than bragging rights? Risking a felony charge for that does indeed seem clueless.
