Congresswoman Gwen Moore Applauds Funding to Promote Safe Roads and Address Reckless Driving

The City of Milwaukee will receive $25 million in federal funds from the U.S. Department of Transportation for street safety improvement measures along two miles of Center Street. These enhancements will include upgraded bike lanes, improved pedestrian crossings, and traffic-calming measures designed to reduce reckless driving.
