Rainey is encouraging residents to take advantage of this opportunity. “Access to fresh foods is vitally important, and I want to thank the Northwest Side Community Development Corporation for bringing these farmers markets to underserved areas in our community,” said Alderman Rainey. “I encourage residents to take advantage of these events in August to stock up on fresh foods from local vendors.”Proper social distancing practices will be in place and masks are required.
