MILWAUKEE, WI – September 16, 2022 – The Multicultural Entrepreneurial Institute (MEI) is launching a Bilingual Youth Entrepreneurial Leadership Program to serve as a pipeline for our next generation of business owners in Milwaukee

This program will take place in Milwaukee and will provide training, mentoring, paid internships, professional networking, and competitive grants to support young adults interested in exploring entrepreneurship as part of their career or professional development.

“We must provide opportunities to young adults in our communities that are culturally relevant and respectful to the challenges our future generations face. This program allows participants to explore the options that come with transforming our mindset and embracing entrepreneurial principles of innovation, self-efficacy, locus-control, and resilience,” states Nelson Soler, Chief Solutions Officer of the award-winning institute.

MEI has developed an entrepreneurial, evidence-based model over its 16 years of supporting entrepreneurs. These programs are designed to further entrepreneurs’ passions while clarifying their purpose through strategic planning. The Greater Wisconsin Opportunities Fund (GWOF) has funded this program.

Entrepreneurs and professionals interested in mentoring young adults or businesses sponsoring an internship shall contact MEI at 414.383.4633 on or before September 30, 2022.
