MILWAUKEE—Milwaukee Public Schools (MPS) Superintendent Brenda Cassellius today announced the start of MPS Summer Academy. Summer Academy programs will take place at multiple sites across the city of Milwaukee. Students can catch up on credits, enjoy fun summer programming, or take enrichment classes like choir, band, forensic science, cake making, and more.
Many programs are full, but families can visit a school to find out if space is available. More information is available at mpsmke.com/summeracademy. Breakfast and lunch are included. Families provide transportation.
Other programs happening this summer include:

The meal locations, schedules, and offerings can be found on the MPS Nutrition Services page. Meals will run through August 8 at some locations.
