Moody Park Clean-Up Event to Promote Community Engagement and Environmental Stewardship
MILWAUKEE – On Friday, July 12, 2024, a collaborative effort led by 2nd Vice Chair Priscilla Coggs-Jones will bring together community members and various organizations for a clean-up event at Moody Park. This event aims to foster community engagement and enhance the area’s environmental health. Supervisor Coggs Jones shared the following statement:
This is a collaborative effort that invites everyone – from local businesses to community organizations, and especially our neighbors – to come together and make a positive impact,” said Supervisor Coggs Jones. “By working together, we can create a cleaner and healthier environment for everyone.”
The Moody Park Clean-Up event is open to the public and will take place from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Moody Park, located at 2201 W. Auer Ave. Participants are encouraged to join in this collective effort to beautify the park and strengthen community bonds.
