Milwaukee’s Future Scientists and Engineers Take the Spotlight May 22nd
MILWAUKEE – More than 600 students from 50+ MPS schools will display their science and engineering expertise on Thursday, May 22nd, at Vincent High School in Milwaukee. Students of all ages, from four-year-old kindergarten through 12th grade, will bring hundreds of projects to life when they share them with attendees and judges for the 18th annual MPS STEAM Fair.
“The heart of this fair is how students delve into all realms of STEM. For many, it introduces a future career path—but all participants gain the indispensable tool of critical thinking essential for navigating school, work, and life” says Willie Jude II, MPS Foundation Executive Director. “Witnessing these scholars’ dedication and creativity at the STEM Fair is a glimpse of the Wisconsin workforce of tomorrow, one poised to tackle every type of challenge. We must continue investing in these innovative young minds.”
