Milwaukee/NARI Recognizes Six Industry Advocates

Milwaukee Chapter of the National Association of the Remodeling Industry announces the recipients of its annual President’s Awards.

MILWAUKEE — The Milwaukee Chapter of the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI), the area’s leading home improvement and remodeling industry resource, recently announced the recipients of its annual President’s Awards.

Created to recognize Milwaukee/NARI Home Improvement Council, Inc. members who have demonstrated an outstanding commitment to community, education, and support of the association’s goals, the awards are presented annually at the Milwaukee/NARI Foundation, Inc. holiday dinner.

Association President David Pekel, MCR, UDCP, CAPS, Pekel Construction & Remodeling, Wauwatosa, Wis., presented the awards to six individuals in recognition of their efforts on the association’s behalf.  “The Milwaukee/NARI President’s Awards give the association president an opportunity to provide formal recognition and gratitude to a group of people for their contributions during the year,” Pekel said.

The 2014 Milwaukee/NARI President’s Award recipients were:

Greg Adamec, General Manager of Milwaukee Millwork, Milwaukee

Josh Brown, Bliffert Lumber, Milwaukee

Michelle Brown, Education & Creative Coordinator, Milwaukee/NARI Home Improvement Council, Inc., Wauwatosa

Chris Egner, MCR, UDCP, Owner of Four Seasons Sunrooms/Chris Egner Design-Build-Remodel in New Berlin

Bingo Emmons, Owner, Creative Construction of Wisconsin, Franklin

Ryan Fillinger, Owner, A. Fillinger, Inc., Milwaukee
