Milwaukee Women’s Entrepreneurship Week to Return Virtually in November

MILWAUKEE, Wis. (Oct. 26, 2020) – Milwaukee Women’s Entrepreneurship Week (WEW) will virtually return between November 11-20, 2020 following the event’s success in 2019. With no limits on the number of attendees, these events offer the support that small businesses need as they navigate this changing landscape.

With events created to help women business owners connect, learn and grow their initiatives, Women’s Entrepreneurship Week (WEW) offers female-led events, panels, discussions and virtual networking opportunities. With a list of 23 sponsors, this event offers large corporations and small businesses alike the chance to support female innovation.

“This year, Women’s Entrepreneurship Week will give women every tool they need to start or grow a business and develop themselves professionally,” said Jackie Hermes, co-founder of WEW and CEO of Accelity. “We hosted nearly 3,000 women in 2019, and by taking the event online, we can reach even more. The events will be packed with forward-looking perspectives and meaningful discussions about the future of entrepreneurship in our city.”
