Milwaukee Women’s Entrepreneurship Week to Return Virtually in November
Increased sponsorship and attendance spurs growth for female-led event in 2020
MILWAUKEE, Wis. (Oct. 26, 2020) – Milwaukee Women’s Entrepreneurship Week (WEW) will virtually return between November 11-20, 2020 following the event’s success in 2019. With no limits on the number of attendees, these events offer the support that small businesses need as they navigate this changing landscape.
With events created to help women business owners connect, learn and grow their initiatives, Women’s Entrepreneurship Week (WEW) offers female-led events, panels, discussions and virtual networking opportunities. With a list of 23 sponsors, this event offers large corporations and small businesses alike the chance to support female innovation.
Women’s Entrepreneurship Week also gives companies the opportunity to support women-owned business. “We think this event is spot on for this time and place in the continued evolution of our diverse workforce in Southeastern Wisconsin,” said Terry Rowinski, CEO of Health Payment Systems. “Women’s Entrepreneurship Week aligns directly with our core values: taking care of our fellow humans and developing diverse talent to lead the next generation.”
