Christine Loose Joins the Nonprofit Organization in April 2026

MILWAUKEE, Wis. (March 25, 2026)Milwaukee Women inc. (MWi) is pleased to announce Christine Loose as the organization’s new Executive Director, effective April 13. Loose is a seasoned executive leader with experience spanning the hospitality, higher education, and nonprofit industries. As Director of Strategic Partnerships at Lakeland University and Executive Director of the Lakeshore College Foundation, Loose led relationship-driven growth, raised significant philanthropic support, and partnered closely with boards and community stakeholders to advance mission and impact.

“I believe that if we support, mentor, and open doors for women, we will unlock unimaginable potential and talent,” says Loose. “MWi’s mission aligns with my core values and goals, strategy development and execution, mentoring and coaching and building community-focused relationships. She shared the John F. Kennedy phrase, “a rising tide lifts all boats,” which she feels represents her philosophy on developing women.

“Christine brings a depth of knowledge in strategic vision, operational management and stakeholder engagement, and her broad experience will be instrumental as MWi continues to grow and elevate women in our community,” stated Karen Hung, MWI Board Vice Chair and Succession Committee Chair.
