Milwaukee Police Seek Suspect in Morning Shooting on N. 79th St.
Milwaukee Police are investigating a non-fatal shooting that occurred on Tuesday, April 7th, 2026, at approximately 7:55 a.m., on the 5900 block of N. 79th St. A 54-year-old was conveyed to a local hospital for treatment. The circumstances that led up to the shooting are under investigation. Milwaukee Police continue to seek an unknown suspect(s).
