Milwaukee Police Investigate String of Violent Incidents, Seek Public’s Help
The following are unrelated shootings that occurred on today’s date:
Incident 1 –
Milwaukee Police are investigating a non-fatal shooting that occurred on Friday, October 10, 2025, at approximately 7:59 p.m., on the 200 block of East Capitol Drive. The victim, a 19-year-old, arrived at a local hospital for treatment of injuries. The circumstances leading up to the shooting are under investigation. Milwaukee Police continue to seek unknown suspect(s). Incident 2 –
Milwaukee Police are investigating a non-fatal shooting that occurred on Friday, October 10, 2025, at approximately 8:40 p.m., on the 2400 block of West Fond du Lac Avenue. The victim, a 54-year-old, arrived at a local hospital for treatment of injuries. The circumstances leading up to the shooting are under investigation. Milwaukee Police continue to seek unknown suspect(s). Incident 3 –
Milwaukee Police are investigating a fatal collision that occurred on Saturday, October 11, 2025 at approximately 12:26 a.m., on the 7200 block of North 76th Street. A pedestrian was attempting to cross North 76th Street, when an unknown vehicle travelled at a high rate of speed southbound on North 76th Street, striking the pedestrian. The vehicle fled the scene. The pedestrian, a 25-year-old did succumb to injuries sustained during the collision and was pronounced deceased on scene. This investigation is ongoing.
