Milwaukee Police Chase, Fleeing Driver Strikes Another Vehicle, Kills Driver and Injuries Passenger
Milwaukee Police were involved in a vehicle pursuit that occurred on Tuesday, July 29, 2025, at approximately 9:22 p.m. Officers observed a vehicle (Unit #1) driving recklessly on the 2300 block of N. Teutonia Ave. They attempted to make a traffic stop on the 1200 block of W. Center St. The driver refused and a vehicle pursuit ensued. The pursuit ended when Unit #1 struck Unit #2 on N. Humboldt Ave., and W. Brady St. A 28-year-old driver of Unit #2 sustained fatal injuries and was pronounced deceased at a local hospital. A 27-year-old passenger of Unit #2 is being treated at a local hospital. The 22-year-old female driver of Unit #1 was arrested and transported to a hospital for treatment of non-fatal injuries.
