Milwaukee, WI (Dec. 11, 2025) — Milwaukee PBS is proud to announce the appointment of Taylor Shore as its new Chief Content Officer, bringing to the region a nationally respected public media leader with more than 15 years of experience in digital innovation, audience strategy, and multi-platform storytelling.

Shore joins Milwaukee PBS from Iowa PBS, where she most recently served as Director of Emerging Media, leading the station’s digital transformation, audience development strategies, and cross-platform content initiatives. During her tenure, she guided journalists and engagement teams in reimagining broadcast programs for social, web, mobile, livestreaming and digital-first formats—work that significantly expanded audience reach and deepened community impact.

She has been a national leader within PBS, serving on the PBS Digital Advisory Council, mentoring for the PBS Digital Immersion Program, and contributing to the PBS IMPack team focused on impact measurement and analytics. In her role at Milwaukee PBS, Shore will lead efforts to strengthen local storytelling, expand digital reach, and deepen the station’s service to southeastern Wisconsin.

Debbie Hamlett, General Manager of Milwaukee PBS, shared her enthusiasm for the new addition to the leadership team:

“Taylor brings a rare combination of editorial excellence, digital innovation, and community-centered vision. Her experience will help Milwaukee PBS reach new audiences, elevate local voices. We’re excited to welcome her to Milwaukee and to our executive team.”

Shore expressed her excitement about joining Milwaukee PBS, noting that the station’s commitment to local impact and innovation aligns closely with her mission-driven approach to public media.
