Milwaukee Deputy Sheriffs Endorse Chris Larson for Milwaukee County Executive

MILWAUKEE–The Milwaukee Deputy Sheriffs’ Association has endorsed State Senator Chris Larson in the race for Milwaukee County Executive in the April 5, 2016 Spring election.

Senator Larson released the following statement regarding the endorsement:

“Last week the Milwaukee Deputy Sheriffs’ Association officially endorsed my candidacy for Milwaukee County Executive in the Spring election and I’m proud to accept their endorsement.

“I look forward to working with the Deputy Sheriffs to reduce drunk driving on our highways and ensure continued excellence in public safety at the Milwaukee County Courthouse and Mitchell Airport.”

In their statement of endorsement to Senator Larson, the Deputy Sheriffs’ Association said “We appreciate your work with us both as a Wisconsin State Senator and as Milwaukee County Supervisor. We know as Milwaukee County Executive you will continue to look for ways to promote our public safety endeavors.

“We do not take the endorsement of a candidate lightly. Your record of care for Community and your clear understanding toward the need for strong Public Safety certainly illustrates you are the right choice for Milwaukee County Executive.”
