Milwaukee County Parks Welcomes Biggby Coffee to Red Arrow Park with December 3rd Grand Opening

Milwaukee, WI — Milwaukee County Parks is thrilled to announce the grand opening of Biggby Coffee at Red Arrow Park on December 3, 2024! This exciting addition to the heart of downtown Milwaukee will provide park visitors, commuters, and coffee enthusiasts with a new spot to warm up, unwind, and enjoy top-quality coffee and treats year-round.

“Red Arrow Park is a catalytic destination in our community, and Milwaukee County is committed to working with small businesses and community partners to further activate this downtown hotspot,” said Milwaukee County Executive David Crowley. “I am excited for the arrival of Biggby Coffee, as this addition to Red Arrow will deliver new energy, economic activity, and opportunities for residents, families, nearby employees, and and parkgoers to enjoy moving forward.”

Located in Red Arrow Park, Biggby Coffee’s new location will serve as a cozy, convenient destination for everyone who enjoys the park’s unique outdoor events, beautiful cityscape views, and beloved skating rink. The rink, Slice of Ice in Red Arrow Park, will open in the weeks following December 3rd’s ribbon cutting ceremony – depending on weather conditions. The grand opening celebration will kick off at 12:30 p.m. This event is open to the public, and we encourage everyone to join us in welcoming Biggby Coffee to Red Arrow Park.

With Biggby Coffee open right by the skating rink, your winter skate experience just got even better! Red Arrow Park’s Slice of Ice rink offers free admission when you bring your own skates. Whether you’re downtown on a winter evening after a show or spending a weekend afternoon with the kids, you can skate for free — or rent skates onsite for added convenience. The rink typically opens mid-December through late February, weather permitting, so bring your family and friends to enjoy the season and celebrate our new addition!
