Milwaukee Bucks and Ticketmaster Team Up to Bring OneCourt Tactile Devices to Fiserv Forum for Blind and Low Vision Fans
MILWAUKEE (Dec. 11, 2025) – The Milwaukee Bucks and Ticketmaster have partnered with OneCourt to bring OneCourt’s tactile broadcast devices to Fiserv Forum. The tablet-sized devices use vibrations and audio to help blind and low vision fans experience Bucks games through touch.
“Integrating OneCourt technology into the fan experience at Fiserv Forum reflects our ongoing commitment to accessibility, innovation and expanding access to Bucks games for people with all ability levels,” said Rodrick Cureton, Bucks Impact and Culture Manager. “Ensuring that all fans feel welcome, included and represented at Fiserv Forum is a priority for us, and we’re excited to provide a new way for fans to connect with our games while in the arena.”
The Bucks and Fiserv Forum will have five co-branded OneCourt devices available for rent this season. Blind and low vision fans can request a device for a Bucks game by filling out the rental form in the Bucks app or online at www.bucks.com/onecourt. They can then pick the device up from the Guest Services location at Section 120 after exchanging a valid photo identification card for the rental. Each device rental includes a pair of headphones, but fans are welcome to bring their own pair that is compatible with a standard three-millimeter headphone jack. OneCourt devices that are not reserved prior to the game will be available on a walk-up basis at the Guest Services location at Section 120.
“Partnering with the Bucks is another powerful step toward a world where every fan can truly feel the game,” said Jerred Mace, OneCourt CEO. “This partnership brings us closer to our mission of making every moment on the court accessible to all. We’re deeply grateful to the Bucks and Ticketmaster for believing in our vision and helping us make sports accessible to everyone.”
“Finding innovative ways to enhance the fan experience is central to Ticketmaster’s mission,” said Scott Aller, Ticketmaster Senior Client Development Director, NBA/NHL. “We are incredibly proud to be part of this collective effort with the Bucks and OneCourt to broaden accessibility at Fiserv Forum for blind and low vision fans to ensure that everyone, regardless of ability, can feel the excitement of Bucks basketball.”
