Milwaukee Bar Association Poll Deems Crowley as More Qualified Candidate in Municipal Race
“I am honored to have the confidence of the members of the Milwaukee Bar Association.”
In a recent poll of judicial candidates, the Milwaukee Bar Association asked its members to rate candidate as either “qualified,” or “not qualified.” Members responded to the poll anonymously.
Of the members who responded, 84% rated William Crowley as “qualified” while only 46% viewed Judge Valarie Hill as qualified. Judge Hill received a “not qualified” rating of 54%, with Crowley coming in at only 16%.
“I am honored to have the confidence of the members of the Milwaukee Bar Association,” Crowley said. “These results show that what qualifies someone to serve as judge goes beyond merely number of years sitting on the bench.”
