Phipps Reporting leased 2,509 SF at River Bank Plaza located at 740 N Plankinton Avenue in Milwaukee, WI. John Davis and Ned Purtell represented the Landlord, Riverbank Plaza LLC.

Steve Kobliska purchased the 23,712 SF warehouse building at 980 N 45th Street in Milwaukee, WI for $650,000.  Brett Deter and Scott Revolinski represented the Seller, Cowen Family Trust.

Js Crew LLC purchased the 8,360 SF warehouse facility at 1931 S 73rd Street in Milwaukee, WI for $333,000. Brett Deter and Scott Revolinski represented the Seller, Helen M Cowen Living Trust.

Lydia Line subleased 1,388 SF at 190 S 2nd Street in Milwaukee, WI. Scott Revolinski and Patti Stevens represented the sublessor, Serve Marketing.

Stress Management & Mental Health Clinics leased 5,183 SF at Lincoln Center II located at 2514 S 102nd Street in West Allis, WI. Patti Stevens and Ned Purtell represented the Landlord, SARA Investment Real Estate.

Rupesh Agrawal purchased the 51,651 SF office building at 10400 Innovation Drive in Wauwatosa, WI for $8,384,362.  Ned Purtell and Andy Hess represented the Seller, 10400 Innovation LLC.

Conference Technologies leased 12,009 SF at 4508 W Burnham Street in West Milwaukee, WI. Brett Deter represented the Tenant.


Ross Koepsel and Matthew Beadle represented Dollar Tree in leasing 8,550 SF at 150 Howard Lane, Oconto, WI with Oconto Development Group.

Jay Blom represented Carenza in leasing 4,704 SF at Ruby Isle Shopping Center (2205 N. Calhoun Rd.), in Brookfield, WI.
