Linear Graphics Leases Space on N. Holton St.

Linear Graphics leased 3,286 SF at 3950 N Holton Street in Milwaukee from 525 Properties Limited Partnership. Paul McBride represented the Tenant on this transaction.

Mind Shift leased 1,500 SF at 3636 N 124th Street in Wauwatosa. Scott Revolinski and John Davis represented the Landlord, K. Singh while Bob Flood represented the Tenant.

Midwest Strength & Fitness LLC leased 5,532 SF at 3800 S River Road in West Bend. Bob Flood and Brett Deter represented the Landlord, Killian LLC.

Retail

Dynamic Medical Equipment leased 1,136 SF at the Sentry Plaza located at 10244 W National Avenue in West Allis, WI. Hakan Hare and Paul McBride represented both the Tenant and Landlord, respectively.

Ross Koepsel and Nick Tice represented Dollar Tree in leasing 9,501 SF on Leffler Street, in Dodgeville.

Matthew Beadle and Tom Treder represented 9Round in leasing 1,650 SF at 11521 N Port Washington Road, in Mequon.

Tom Bruss and Jon Thoresen represented DaVita Dialysis in the leasing of 7,500 SF at 3303 Dewey Street, in Manitowoc.
