Licenses revoked for two Milwaukee wholesale dealers
The Wisconsin Department of Transportation Division of Motor Vehicles (DMV) revoked the wholesale dealer licenses of two dealers for failing to properly follow administrative requirements:
- Financial Institution Car Sales LLC, 10150 W National Ave. #200, Milwaukee, violated state law when they failed to maintain a business facility.
- Equality Motors LLC, 8519 W Kaul Ave., Milwaukee, for failing to maintain a dealer bond.
DMV’s Dealer and Agent Section licenses and regulates dealers in Wisconsin. DMV also supports consumers by investigating complaints about odometer tampering and title fraud that involve dealerships and private sellers. It also works to resolve disputes about dealership sales and warranty repairs.
