Libertarian Party of Wisconsin Declines To Endorse For Spring 2025

By - Feb 18th, 2025 09:14 am

The Libertarian Party of Wisconsin (LPWI) has decided that they will not be endorsing any candidate for statewide office in the upcoming Spring elections.

In a vote taken among the members of the Executive Committee (ExCom) at a recent meeting, it was determined that no candidate currently declared is suitable for the office for which they are running. All candidates for Wisconsin Supreme Court and Superintendent of Public Instruction have clear track records of advocating for bigger, more intrusive government. The LPWI urges candidates to focus on how to guard Wisconsinites’ rights and empowering parents to control their own children’s education while protecting taxpayers across the state. Prosperity comes through freedom.

The LPWI remains committed to upholding and defending the ideals of freedom and liberty for all citizens. This includes, but is not limited to, candidates for office.
