Laughlin Constable Earns 21 Milwaukee 99 Awards From United Adworkers
Founder and CEO Steve Laughlin named to Wisconsin Advertising Hall of Fame
MILWAUKEE, WI (September 26, 2014) – Laughlin Constable today announced it earned 21Milwaukee 99 Awards, which annually recognize the best creative work from Milwaukee advertising agencies. The awards were announced at the annual Milwaukee 99 Awards event held September 25, 2014.
The competition is hosted by the United Adworkers and entries are judged by top creative professionals from across the country. Awards are given in single and campaign entry categories, including digital, photography, direct mail, outdoor/transit, poster, radio, TV, experiential, social media contest, logo design, package design and more.

The agency received three silver medals, three bronze medals and 15 merit awards based on work done for a number of clients, including Harley-Davidson, Jewelers Mutual, the Wisconsin Department of Tourism, Lung Cancer Alliance and the Milwaukee Mounted Police. In addition, Laughlin Constable co-founder and CEO Steve Laughlin was one of several new members inducted into the Wisconsin Advertising Hall of Fame at the event. The Hall of Fame honors the achievements and work of Wisconsin’s most influential advertising and design professionals. Laughlin co-founded the independent agency in 1976 and has since helped it grow into to a full-service agency with offices in Chicago, Milwaukee, New York City and New Jersey, and annual billing in excess of $260 million.

- Bronze Medal for the Milwaukee Mounted Police “Saddle Up MKE – Single Horse” in the Advertising Photography Single category
- Merit Award for the Jewelers Mutual “Crab” in the Animation/Special Effects category
- Merit Award for the Jewelers Mutual “Field Guide” in the Direct Mail category
- Merit Award for the Lung Cancer Alliance “Moments – Dog” in the Advertising Photography Single category
- Merit Award for the Lung Cancer Alliance “Moments: Baby, Dog, Women” in the Outdoor/Transit Campaign category
