Lakefront Brewery Celebrates Pride Month with Progress Pride Flag Logo Fundraisers
Local Milwaukee staple, Lakefront Brewery, is proud to celebrate all forms of love and gender identity.

MILWAUKEE (June 6th, 2023) – Since last summer, Lakefront has raised more than $7,500 for the Milwaukee LGBT Community Center and hopes to ramp up awareness and raise more funds during Pride Month. They’ve incorporated the Progress Pride Flag into their iconic shield logo in hopes to place a greater emphasis on inclusion and progression by adding elements of the Transgender Flag and the Philadelphia Pride Flag to the traditional six colors representing the LGBT community. Pink, blue and white stripes represent those who are transgender, gender non-conforming, agender, genderfluid or nonbinary; black and brown stripes further represent queer and transgender people of color.

As a part of their Crowlers For A Cause initiative, Lakefront continues to sell their Pride crowlers through in-person or online preordering. These 32oz. cans can be filled with any of their draft beers. The Pride crowlers cost an additional $5 which Lakefront will match for a $10 total donation to the Milwaukee LGBT Community Center.
