Jon Stone Appointed Chair of Quarles Research Education & Higher Institution Team

Quarles & Brady LLP announced today that Jon Stone has been appointed national chair of the firm’s Research Institutions & Higher Education (RIHE) team. Stone also will lead the Patent — University Research and Technology Transfer team.

Since coming to Quarles in 2007 as a patent agent, Stone has earned a reputation as a thoughtful, business-minded attorney who does everything he can to help clients maximize the commercial value of their intellectual property. Stone, a Milwaukee-based partner, also is co-chair of the Artificial Intelligence team and has served as an adjunct professor at Marquette University Law School since 2016.
